What is Autocross?
Now to explain what autocross is. An autocross is a sanction racing event sponsored by local clubs and the SCCA (Sports
Car Club of America). They are a timed event requiring the driver to navigate a road course. This road course is marked
solely by orange cones and is usually placed in a parking lot. There is no side by side competition. One car on track at
a time. If it is a long course there will be two on track but they will be stagered. Your time is placed against the times
of similar cars. Cost is usually between 20 and 25 dollars. If you race, you must work the course for others.

Off The Beaten Path
We are involved in two types of off-road experiences. First we have true off-road, where we get Jeeps and big trucks and
take them to places that you cannot take cars. Then we also do rally-type stuff. That is basically a car on varying surfaces
like gravel, dirt, snow and pavement. So don't let all the pictures of on-road racing fool you, TEAM STRUGGLES knows how
to get dirty.
